Now you can have ultimate control over your freight invoices. If self billing is no option then Infodis Freight Invoice Control is a good alternative. Once the carriers invoice specification is uploaded in Infodis the amounts are checked against the calculated freight charges. For every carrier you can set the margins for automatic approval of the freight charge or the surcharges.

So you only have to give your attention to the items that did not match. If these differences have been sorted out then you can approve the invoice.We do keep track of shipments that have been invoiced before. For every shipment on the invoice specification you will see the total invoiced amount on all invoices received so far. The carrier can upload the invoice specification directly from his transport management system to Infodis via EDI. If the carrier is not capable (yet) in doing so you can request him to enter the data manually via the web.For a start you could enter the invoice data yourself via the Infodis web site.
